Help with tasks during COVID-19 on South Whidbey

I have a need
NOTE: needs can be submitted on behalf of others.
Some examples of needs might be I need groceries delivered from Payless or My neighbor needs a prescription picked up from RiteAid or We rely on school lunch, and need lunch supplies for this week.
NOTE: needs can now be submitted by phone by calling (360) 226-5880 and leaving a message. It is easier for our volunteers to process needs submitted here on the website. But for many people, it may be impractical or impossible to use the website, so we welcome phone calls as well.
Track need
If you have submitted a need, you can track the status here.

WhidbeyHelp.com was created on March 13, 2020 in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis to help our neighbors in need on South Whidbey Island. To slow the spread of the novel coronavirus, current best practices involve social distancing for everyone, and remaining at home for people who are particular vunerable to complications from COVID-19. These measures have left some people in a tricky situation, unable to take care of basic needs.

WhidbeyHelp.com is a group of Christians who wish to be a blessing to others during this crisis. It seems prudent to have a central point of contact for community members to express needs and for volunteers to meet those needs.
